8 FOODS THAT BURNS BELLY FAT FASTER THAN MOST EXERCISE

OATMEAL
Your everyday oats is very low in calorie and filled with fiber that stays in your stomach for hours, reducing the craving for snacks. Mix with low fat, soy or skimmed milk and instead sugar use honey. Don't buy the flavored or sweetened oats,

NUTS,
almonds, coconuts, palm kernel nuts even peanuts, stick to 24 almonds a day or a hand full of peanut a day. Eat them when the craving for snacks comes instead of doughnuts

EGGS
Eggs contain vitamin B12, which your body needs to metabolize fat. Research has shown that people who eat egg for breakfast loose more weight than people who don't.
But Talk to your doc first if your cholesterol is high.

LEAN MEAT AND FISH
Your body burns more calories digesting protein than carbs or fat. Want the leanest meat out there? Go for turkey, but to cut down even more on saturated fat, choose fish. Go for tuna and salmon; they are full of omega-3s, which help prevent stress chemicals that promote fat abs.


WHOLE GRAIN
If you are going to eat carbs, this is the right kind for you. Their fiber component can keep you full for a long time keeping you from getting hungry, so eat wheat instead of Eba, buy brown rice, Wheat bread but be careful that the wheat bread is 100% wheat.

PEANUT BUTTER
Who would have guessed that a kid-friendly food could be waist-friendly, too? PB is packed with niacin, which keeps the digestive system on track and prevents belly bloat. Just keep an eye on portion size: Peanut butter does have a lot of fat, so limit yourself to no more than two tablespoons a day.
Pick all-natural PB, which doesn't contain added sugar.

YOURGHUT:
Calcium helps break down fat and may even prevent it from forming!
But please not these over sweetened version being sold everywhere. Always pick low-fat or fat-free dairy over the full-fat versions.

Avocados
In addition to containing lots of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, avocados are a terrific source of filling fiber, making them a great food for staving off hunger. Eat Half a cup daily for snack or a meal.
