Scientists confirm that honey is very effective in treating of many diseases, but when mixed with cinnamon, it becomes a lethal weapon against most virus, bacteria,  high cholesterol and sugar, and other serious health issues.

Heart Disease

Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder. Use it as bread spread. Use very often for breakfast. It will reduce the level of cholesterol in the arteries and prevent heart attack.


Bad breath

People in South America rinse your mouth every morning with warm water, mixed with one teaspoon of honey and cinnamon. This helps them to retain the freshness of breath throughout the day.

Weight Loss

Boil honey and cinnamon powder in a glass of water. Drink it every morning on an empty stomach – half an hour before breakfast. With regular consumption, will help obese people lose weight.


Arthritis
